Goal: Find the price of the cheapest paid plan and whether there is a free trial

4 of 5 synthetic customers reached the goal

1 stopped because the page took too long.

Public page tested read-only. Cal.com is not a customer or affiliate.

How it works

  1. 01

Give them a reason to visit

Share a page and a customer goal: find the right plan, sign up, or finish onboarding. Test one idea or compare variants.

  2. 02

Put your audience in the picture

Shape synthetic customers around your audience’s roles, intent, and patience. They explore your page in real browsers, with the context you give them guiding their choices.

  3. 03

See the evidence. Choose your next test.

See who reached the goal, what they found, and where they stopped. Inspect page evidence and session replays to choose which ideas deserve live traffic.

Screen out weaker variants early. Spend less time waiting on live traffic and more time developing ideas worth testing. No SDK needed.

Your prompt. Your audience.

Start with a prompt or a preset. Make it yours.

Describe what a customer should do or find, or choose a starting goal. Add the details that matter, then tailor the audience to your market.

Your brief sets the task. Your audience shapes how it gets tested.

Real runs. Clear answers.

In this run, four of five synthetic customers found the plan price. You can inspect each visit and see where one stopped.

Have variants ready? Screen two to four URLs against the same goal before splitting live traffic. See which is likely ahead and how confident the signal is.

FAQ

What do I get free, exactly?

New sign-ups get 25 synthetic customers, once per verified person. They're valid for 30 days, and you can use up to 10 in one campaign. You verify your email before the first run, and no card is needed. A second account or workspace by the same person doesn't get a new grant.

What is a synthetic customer?

An AI agent with a role, a company size, an intent, a level of technical comfort and patience, a device and a locale. It opens your real page in its own browser and tries to reach the goal you set, for example find the price for a team of 5 or start a trial. It is not a person and not one of your customers. It identifies itself as SyntelioBot on every visit.

Can Syntelio predict A/B test results?

It predicts direction, not size. For any goal you set, like signing up, finding the right plan, finishing onboarding or understanding the offer, Syntelio compares your versions and tells you which one is likely ahead and how confident it is. It doesn't tell you by how much. Gaps between synthetic customers are usually smaller than the gaps you'll see with real traffic, so read "B is ahead" as a reason to run the live test on B, not as a forecast of the lift. For each version you see who reached the goal, where the rest stopped, and what they said in their own words. A visit only counts as a success when the page proves it: a confirmation page, a thank-you URL, or the answer actually on the page. Synthetic customers are a fast first screen. They don't replace live A/B tests or research with real people.

What kinds of goals can I test?

Two kinds. Goals where they do something: sign up, start a trial, finish onboarding, go from pricing to checkout. And goals where they find something: the right plan for a team of 5, whether there's a free trial, what the product does and who it's for. Write the goal the way you'd brief a colleague, or start from a preset. Test one page, or put the same goal on up to four versions.

What can't it test?

Anything behind a login you haven't given it access to, CAPTCHAs or bot walls (it stops rather than getting around them), and payments. On sites you don't control, free runs only browse and read public pages. Goals that submit forms need a site you control, confirmed by your email domain or a DNS or meta-tag check.

What happens to my data, and to the sites I test?

We store your account email, your workspace, the URLs you test, and the screenshots and text that synthetic customers capture from those pages, so you can see the report and the replays. Our processors include our hosting, database, browser and model providers. Every visit to a tested site identifies itself as SyntelioBot, and site owners can opt out at hello@syntelio.ai.

Can you run it for us?

Yes. Done for you uses the same campaigns and the same report, plus a written readout from our team. Pilots start from $3,000 for six weeks. Email hello@syntelio.ai.

Do I need to install anything?

No SDK and no code changes. Paste a URL, pick or write a goal, and choose your synthetic customers.

How do I get access?

Syntelio is in early access. Start free adds you to the waitlist, with the page and goal you entered if you entered one, and we'll email you when your account is ready. The free offer applies when you create your account and verify your email.
